An interesting story but one has to question as to whether Agent Jack did not actually find any Nazi spies but actually crated them by setting up an organization to run them and collect the information they provided. My belief is that they all might have had Nazi sympathies but none of them would have actually done anything concrete without the encouragement of, and organisation set up by, Agent Jack
Excellent book. Couldn’t put it down. The amazing true story of the infamous Fifth Column. A true crime thriller that keeps you guessing all the way through, with subject matter that it’s amazing to think hasn’t come to light in the seventy years since the war, most probably due to files being classified. Fact is so often more interesting than fiction!
